Refund policy
I, at this time do not offer a return/refund policy! If you receive the wrong candle(s) please contact me at kerrie.shuburte@hotmail.com. and we will go from there.
Damages and issues: I inspect every candle(s) that gets shipped out and I hand package the products myself to ensure they are packaged safe and secure for shipping. I know that sometimes the carriers are not so gentle with packages so if your candle(s) arrive damaged you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier for I am not responsible for how the package is handled once it leaves my hands.
Exchanges: I am an e-commerce only business which means I do not have a physical store for exchanges, so if you do not like the scent of your candle(s) contact me and we will discuss our options.
Refunds: I do not offer refunds at this time. If for some reason your candle(s) arrive damaged you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier as stated above. Please take a picture of the damaged products in the package and email it to me at the email listed above and I will contact you to discuss other options.
